Angela Dunning

Psychology Spirituality Nonfiction

4.3/5 (13 ratings)
Angela Dunning was born in Shrewsbury, Shropshire and grew up in the nearby town of Telford. A lifelong lover of animals, nature and most especially, horses, she has a deeply intuitive understanding of and connection to animals and all of the natural world. Angela is a writer, a community worker, a natural horsewoman, a passionate seeker of the Feminine, and a consummate holder of space which allows people to gently grow. She has worked for many years both with horses and people in a variety of capacities and environments. More recently she has been actively involved in the newly evolving world of horses helping people to learn and heal through delivering her equine facilitated learning practice. With over a decade of experience she has now outlined her sensitive approach to partnering with horses, in which she demonstrates how the professionals can best support their clients AND equine partners, in her new book: 'The Horse Leads The Way: Honoring the True Role of the Horse in Equine Facilitated Practice'. Angela lives in the quirky town of Bishop's Castle in Shropshire, England, where she works both locally and elsewhere on invitation.
